Beautiful chair, minor issues

This chair is really handsome and is a neutral dark grey, as expected. The seat is not as plush as I'd hoped - it looked softer in photos than it is. It's a hard/firm kind of springy, so the front half puts some pressure under my thighs. The fabric is nice and pleasant to the touch, though it can hold heat. I assembled it well and evenly, but the chair is just a smidge off-kilter: the right side is lower than the left. It's only a small amount, so I think I might add a couple of washers to the right-side bolts underneath the seat and just deal with it. I am 5' 4" and the back is a good height for me, coming up to just behind my shoulder blades, so i can put my weight back on it comfortably. I was also looking at the similar square-fronted chair from the same brand, and I'm glad I got this round one - I think the blockier one would have been rather large to maneuver in my small space. I do sometimes wish this had armrests, but I liked the look of this one so much that I decided to go with it anyhow. The height adjusts up easily, but was hard to push back down (I am 125 lbs and had to essentially pounce on it to lower it, so if you are on the lighter side and plan to adjust the height frequently, this might be a con to pay attention to.)

Not satisfied.

It looked nice. However, after a year the seat was uncomfortable to sit in. Did not hold up to normal use.

Beautiful and comfortable chair

This is by far my favorite chair ever. It looks great in my bedroom and everyone who comes by wants to sit on my chair.

Love the looks of it but the gas mechanism wore out in less than a year.... :(

Used this in my home office (used daily!) and it is beautiful and comfortable but I have had it less than a year and the gas mechanism that raises the chair has worn out so it will not maintain the height of the chair at the position it is set at. It slowly drops you to the lowest point so you are basically sitting with your hands over your head trying to type if you are using your computer....very frustrating. If this piece was available as a replacement, that would be great but it seems I will need a new chair. It also seems the chair now is not available with the tilt function it had when I purchased mine and that is not something that will work for me....bummed.....

Easy to Assemble

It's a little taller than I thought. I was able to put it together by myself. It does make a clicking noise when I lean back and I've tried tightening the knob underneath. Overall a comfortable chair that rolls great von floor and thin rug.

I love this chair

When we started working from home 2 years ago I brought home an old chair from the office. It was starting to wear out and I wanted a chair that went more with my home decor anyway. This chair is great! It's comfy and my daughter who is 15 put it together in under 10 minutes.

Nice looking, comfortable!

I added new rollers for hardwood floors and totally love the chair now. Rolls quietly, very comfortable. Sometimes if I’m going to be sitting for a long period, I stuff a little pillow for back support. Fabric is very nice.

Comfort aside, it’s simply an elegant chair. If you have to sit and work in a chair, why not something classy!
