but not hard- perfect for sitting down to play music for an hour ...

These chairs work perfectly for my needs. I got 2 chairs to sit in front of a fireplace so my husband and I could practice guitar together (the lack of arms on this chair makes it easier to turn from side-to-side with the guitars in hand). I tend to sit on the front 1/2 of the seat when playing and there is more than plenty room for my beagle/basset to lie down behind me. The actual seat is almost 2 feet deep, not the depth from the front edge of the seat to the back of the entire chair. I am 5' 1", so I can't sit all the way on the back without my legs not being able to bend over the edge. My husband is 6' 4" and the back comes to about 3 inches below his neck, so not tall enough to give him a head rest. The cushions are firm, but not hard- perfect for sitting down to play music for an hour or so. It is hard to tell in the photo, but it isn't a plain silver-grey. It is actually a textured light grey, which looks even better than I originally thought I was getting. Assembly was easy with one person and the chairs are sturdy. Quick shipping, too!

Comfy chair

This has a wide seat and is comfortable. I didn't have any problems lining up the bolts, however one of them seems almost stripped. It won't go in completely just spins and spins halfway in. Just received and put the chair together yesterday. So hoping that with regular use this doesn't damage the integrity of the chair. Looks wise it's great. It's a light gray, which is what I was hoping for as it matches my couch well. The little legs are heavy and adorable. I'm using it as a office chair a couple days a week. I like the style. The seat just fits under the desk I also bought from Amazon. Overall very pleased.

Good chair. Great price!

I bought the Dark Teal model for $185 which I don't see as an option at the moment. The chair is great. It really looks more expensive than what I paid for. I have a cat and we move homes about every three so I really did not want to splurge on a chair knowing well that it will endure some wear and tear by the time we move again. It looks good with the brown and blue I have throughout the room. It got here promptly and it wasn't a huge struggle to put it together by myself. I did add a an accent back pillow because it doesn't offer much lumbar support. Other than that, no complains.

Love !

Fell in love with the style from the start. Was worried that the color wouldn't be what I was expecting but it was perfect. Looks completely like it does online. Shipped quickly, delivered directly to my door in about a week and a half. All parts were included. Assembles easily - instructions state that assembly required two persons but I got it together by myself in less than 10 minutes. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I ended up having to use only 3 bolts instead of the 4 to install the seat to the back -- the 4th bolt holes were not even close to being lined up. But as the chair is mostly for decor in my bedroom, it wasn't worth it to me to return.

Gorgeous chair!

I was very impressed with the look of this chair when I put it together. You definitely need two people to complete it and it is extremely difficult to line all the holes up w the bolts. A couple we just had to screw in halfway and call it a day. Atleast there is a flap that Velcro’s over that area. The chair is low to the floor but not uncomfortably so. I’m 5’4” and was glad my feet touched the floor. It leans back a bit but the chair is comfortable and very attractive. I couldn’t believe I only paid $225 for it. If I had more room I’d order another.

Classy Comfort Chairs

Chairs arrived without any issues and were packed nicely. They are sturdy and easy to move around. The poly, linen-like fabric works rather well with the tufted buttons and has just enough texture and interest.The black/espresso wooden legs can be installed by one person but an extra set of hands is better. The seat is firm but comfortable. Both the back chair height and the seat height easily accommodate my 5'4" height and my husbands 6'4" frame. Overall, it is a well made chair at a very reasonable price. I have two in my library and I'm looking to add a third chair when it restocks. Highly recommend.

Chairs are smaller sized.

Great chairs for my small spare room. They are on the smaller side but I’m petite myself so they’re perfect for me. If you’re looking for big comfy chairs,these probably arent right for you. They were very easy to assemble and did not take long. Price is a little high though.

Great value

Easy to assemble by myself in under 15 minutes. Great style, only issue is that it was shorter than expected. Other than that, love it!
