Just right measurements

This works great for a cup of rice. Easily fits into my rice canister. Works better than dipping a measuring cup with a handle and trying to get measurement just right. Very sturdy. Can be used for many different things.

We use it for risotto

The flat edge on one side easily scoops liquid down to the bottom of a pan, so we bought to add stock to risotto. Cleans well in the dishwasher.

1 cup Cooked rice measure.

Measure out this full and when cooked measures 1 cup cooked rice. In instant pot use this cup full with same amount of water 1.1 ratio. Cook on rice setting for 10 mins let rest 10 minutes and rice is perfectly done.

precise rice

This is a perfect scoop for leaving right inside my long term storage rice bucket. Instead of scooping rice from the bucket into a measuring cup...I can now scoop it straight into the steaming pot of water. I like this little measuring scoop so much that I just ordered another two of them for in my white sugar and brown sugar storage buckets. For the price, it is decent. Came in perfect shape, no cracks or warps...compared to my other measuring cups, it is accurate.
