Lovely sound, worth the price

Look, these are not expensive windchimes. If you want something durable that will last for a decade, it'll cost more than $30. In my sunny climate, I expect to get three years or so from this set. But at this price, they're worth it. Pleasant, mid-register tones that are slightly audible inside my house but not overpowering from the patio.

Actual product does not look as advertised

Delivered quickly. The bamboo chimes sound nice, but the color of the wooden pipes are just dark solid red/orange, with a rough finish. Not attractive at all. Will be returning.

Great Sound.

No dislikes. Once removed from the packing it was easy to untangle all the hanging chime bamboo pieces and attached to a hook I installed at the end of roof rafter. Works great.

Lasted 1 day before breaking

I hung it yesterday, and with the 1st wind, it broke up. Also when it was delivered some of the laces were broken, I fixed it because I really wanted it and now I'm so disappointed.

Broken right out of the box. The knots on the strings that hold the pipes on were not tied tight enough and it fell apart when i took it out of box.

Beautiful appearance, beautiful sound. High quality product.

I used to work in a furniture store that sold bamboo wind chimes from Indonesia, so I know a good wind chime when I see it. This one is beautiful. The finish on it is very well done. It is not unfinished bamboo that you'll often find online, which then cracks and gets moldy in the rain. This one has been finished with a very nice sealant. Another reviewer said it's an ugly orange color. I can only imagine they must be color-blind. The chime itself is on the medium to larger side. The pitch of the chimes range from the low end of the high side through to the medium end of the low side. It's definitely on a lower register than the smaller chimes I've seen on Amazon, but not quite as low as I know the big, big ones can go. This one is a soothing, relaxing sound though. When buying a bamboo chime, pay attention to the length of each chime. The shorter they are, the higher the pitch. This one is a great option for those who like the medium to low end sounds. It's a really nice piece. My wife loves it as well.
