Hard Plastic, not soft, but that's ok.

These fit perfect and look great. They are solid plastic not squishy like original but that's probably better in the long run. Wife and I both like them. Note: anyone trying to figure out how to remove them... The chrome doesn't come off. Stick a butter knife between white and chrome at the very top of door and work it loose down to handle. Same with bottom. PS. I tried every internet trick to make my ice maker not yellow. Nothing worked to remove yellow age. In the end, I disassembled it and painted 3 major pieces with white rusto 2X plastic paint.

I suppose this was a return at the price I paid. A bit different then OEM But just fine.

Arrived today right on time, but I'm super disappointed and will be returning this. I expected a pair as per the picture implies, and as per the manufacturer's description of the part #. (WR12X869) Instead, I only received one handle. Additionally, it is hard plastic instead of the softer/padded original. I would have lived with this if 2 had been delivered, as the only one I REALLY need to replace is the fridge side, not the freezer side. However, I'm not going to live with 1 hard and 1 padded....especially since I paid for a pair. This is the only time Amazon Prime has ever let me down. I'm going to return and try ordering elsewhere. Bummer!

The fit is perfect, but this is NOT an exact replacement. The original handle was cushioned. This replacement is hard plastic that will take some getting used to. This detail should have been included in the product detail.

They look a lot better that those old dirty ones. A bit tricky trying to figure out how to remove the old ones. The ones I received were not plastic as someone wrote so I was pleasantly surprised. A bit expensive though.

The handles are solid plastic, not padded like the original. They fit perfectly. As the picture implies, two are included per order.
