Here's the deal

This part comes in two pieces, meanwhile the broken electronic parts of your microwave come in three. First there is the Touch Panel (that's what you see), next the Control Panel (you can't see, but has the wide green ribbon), and then there is the Control Board (connects to the microwaves's internals AND the Control Panel). The Control Panel has a ribbon that connects to the Control Board. So, while this comes with two of the items needed to fix the microwave, the third is missing. For me, all I needed was a new Touch Panel and Control Panel (this part, what you see here), but if your control board is bad, you'll need to buy that too.

Be careful when ordering parts!!

The part had a different finish. My microwave oven was the normal shiny stainless steel and the part I ordered with the correct part number did not match.

Worked Perfectly - Easy to replace

What can one say. Either is worked, or it didn't. This one worked, was very easy to replace and was priced right. Anyone can replace this, just 4 screws. See YouTube. Shipping was fast and free as a Prime member.

Do not but unless you are clear what you buy

Ok, this is a literally "scam" \ Why? Because (with all respect to OEM - GE) they published only one picture and i was under impression that for $175 (close to price of brand new GE microwave !!!) the panel will have a control board (as declared). When received, i found just a shell, absolutely empty piece as displayed but no electrical printed board on the opposite site. !! Common! $175 ??? For that ??? Common ... Returned.

Shorted keypad solved.

Bought this in used good condition for half price. Microwave was coming on by itself and occasionally reported a shorted keypad that was integral with this assembly. Installed in a few minutes and solved issue.
