Perfect fit for my microwave. Item was complete and not damaged.

What else can you do?

The ring under the glass turntable of the microwave broke and we bought this to replace it. Works as expected. Wish it was cheaper. It’s made of some type of composite, or something sturdy enough to be microwaved repeatedly.

Poor Quality, Inferior Materials

I have owned at least 3 GE microwave ovens. None has required a replacement turntable roller. Out of the box the wheels did not turn. When the wheels were pushed onto the axle, a film of plastic from the wheel was extruded. It made the wheel lock in place. Obviously, this replacement part, like the original, was NOT tested as stated on the box. The wheels are too soft and, when not able to rotate, wear down. A flat spot is created that causes the turntable to jerk and make a loud noises as it turns. I called GE Parts and reported the problem. Their customer service agent was uninterested. You can resolve the problem by taking a pocket knife and gently removing the extruded plastic. It is very soft and easily comes off. But for almost $50 you shouldn’t have to do this yourself!

turntable for our microwave

This matches the turntable which broke perfectly. It was pricey though. We have had about 4-5 microwaves --none have broken before! Why didn't we hang onto one? We did hold onto the glass revolving tray.

Perfect replacement Part

Just like the original part, because it is an original part. Knockoffs are available at a much lower price, but uncertain about reliability. This one was less expensive than product from a GE supplier or parts store.

Although it said it would fit it was .5 inch to large.
