Absolutely Nickel color!

Matches my Kohler faucets Polished Nickel perfectly at a fraction of what Kohler charges for hardware. I needed several pieces for my new bath, and saw a review that it looked like Chrome. No, nothing like Chrome. Is an exact match to my Kohler Nickel. It arrive promptly the next day, more than I can say for any Kohler product.

Beautiful tissue holder/towel bar

Purchased two of these, one for a toilet tissue holder, and one for a hand towel bar, for renovated master bath. Love the look of them. It holds a double roll of tissue with room to spare, could probably hold the mega-mega rolls as well. Installation was standard wall plate with a set screw. The only thing that made it a bit tricky to install was that the set screw required an Allen wrench, which was supplied in the packaging. An Allen wrench in a tiny screw right up against the wall was pretty tough to tighten, for me anyway. Would have preferred a regular straight top tiny screw. Wouldn't let it keep me from buy another one, though, possibly for the other bathroom when it gets remodeled.

Beautiful item. Sadly I thought it was chrome and didn’t match my other items in the bathroom so I had to return it. Wish I had seen the zinc before purchasing chrome for the bathroom. The color of the zinc is such a beautiful soft silver color. The item also felt like quality

Suits my needs, great price, sturdy, easy to install

Great price - sturdy construction - simple to install. I really like the looks of this holder. However, after having it a couple of months, the finish is not bright anymore and looks more like polished nickel rather than chrome. That actually might be a plus for some as polished nickle is generally a more expensive finish - but I went with the chrome look in my bath. Not a deal killer as this is in a water closet - but if this company makes towel hooks - things that you may have in the open with other chrome accessories, it might not match after a time. Maybe you can polish it up - I haven't cared enough to try...yet.

Barely attached to the wall

The product itself is satisfactory. Looks decent, has a nice weight, feels sturdy. The mounting hardware however is useless. The included hardware doesn’t provide a flush installation with the wall. Even after a trip to the store for some new hardware, it wobbles all over the place and hangs somewhat crooked.

Ease of Use. Easy on, easy off with the TP roll, and it doesn’t come off when gathering tissue. Nice, polished nickel finish.
