Superior Product and Design w/ just one flaw

30" Bath Towel Bar just received and installed (sort of). This is a superior product and design w/ the exception that something as simple as the set screws, drilled & threaded holes for the set screws, and the allen wrench excuse are the weak links. They need to correct these 3 simple areas. The product itself is well designed and manufactured: Thought put into even peening the posts from bases to the bar, to quality finish machining and hand polishing. Going forth we will only purchase needed bath accessories of this brand for each remodel or rehab. Hope this helps.

Just as described

I cannot speak to durability since we just installed it, but these towel bars are great. They feel solid and sturdy. My only comment is that it would be even better if they protruded slightly further away from the wall. Will update if we run into any issues.

Extra long - I love it!

Exactly what I wanted and needed! Love it! I bought a 'used' option and it was mint condition and half the price!! Highly recommend always checking for used options -- less wasteful and cheaper! win win!!

Lovely long towel rack

So I love the 30 inch towel rack. You can fit 2 large towels on it without any awkward folding. It’s very clean looking and easy to install once you have working parts. It did take me 2 tries to get a working product... first one had a stripped part (the screw that tightens the rack against the wall) - second one amazon sent was perfect. No issues with the exchange so far. Would recommend.

Rusting

We ordered this towel bar a year ago and it has been installed for less that that and is already rusting in multiple spots. As an interior designer I was pleased with both the style and price but will not specify this product moving forward, this is the first manufacturer I have had this issue with.

Sturdy and convenient!

It's a good, thick paper towel holder and my kids love it! Teenagers can be a little lazy and they never used to change the toilet paper roll before. I would walk in and find the new roll on the counter with the empty roll still in the holder. We switched to this new open bar when we remodeled their bathroom and they actually replace the toilet paper now. There's no reason to be lazy now!!!

Classy look

Very classy looking towel bar. Very happy with the way it gave a subtle up-scale look to the bathroom. We bought 4, but on had a poorly drilled screwhole and couldn’t be installed. Amazon quickly replaced it. Very happy with the purchase!
