Very rough finish of the slots in the shelf

I don't usually write reviews. And even if so, I write good reviews. Many times when I'm not happy with an item I've bought, I don't see any problem that it will fit someone else. This time it's different. Very rough finish of the slots in the shelf. This product may damage the skin of a person who accidentally touches the bottom of the shelf! For such a high price and a respected brand, this is unacceptable quality. It's a bathroom accessory! It should be smooth, pleasant to the touch and absolutely safe! I would not recommend this product for installation in a bathroom or anywhere else in a bathroom.

Exactly what we needed for our new shower. A Shower caddy didn't see elegant enough and our tile was not smooth so wouldn't take suction cups. It is just the right size to hold everything I need. I bought 2, one for my husband and 1 for me.
