A great addition to the Delta Canine lineup.

I love Garmin's training collars. While it is true that they don't have the best range (thank you, Bluetooth) and sometimes it takes a minute for the training app to fire up, they make up for it in battery life and Keep Away tags. My dogs wear this collars quite often for training sessions or when they need a little reminder to keep out of the cat food. The Delta Canine Remote is a great addition, enabling you to link up with a single collar and be able to send training indicators without having to fire up the app on your phone. It does take a second to wake up when you first start using it, but I think this is a fair trade for the battery life saved by it's sleep mode. Its a very small remote, easy to use, and it comes with a nice lanyard to put it around your neck and keep your hands free - and keep from losing it.

It works!

Works as it should. Much faster than the phone application. Pairing was not intuitive and Garmin no longer supports this product or the Delta Canine stand-alone device, so just google “pair Garmin disk remote delta.”

Love it.

I love the remote. I use it as a training tool. I do not use stimulation. It is so must easier for me to use remote then the app. At 1st I thought the app would be awesome but because she is my service dog having the phone in my hands at all times is not possible when training.
