Slim fit?

I think it's a really good quality jacket, and I have many Columbia products, but this one is snug around the chest/shoulders - almost like a Slim Fit. Worn alone it would likely be ok, but add a layer underneath and the arms and shoulders become quite tight and I fear it will rip. I have other Columbia in the same size that aren't this slim. Sadly, returned.

Love the fabric and fits well. Washes nicely. I bought it for my husband for Christmas. He likes it very much.

Seems like a good value waterproof jacket, cut could be a little more generous

I'm 6'2", 46" chest, 220 lbs and I ordered the XL jacket. It fits well across the chest, sleeve length is fine, body could be a little longer, but not a big deal. I've worn it in some pretty heavy rain, and the water repellency is good. As a man of a certain age with a degree of paunch it's a little tight across the stomach when sitting, but fine for walking in. I'd probably be happier with the next size up, but not enough to want to exchange it.

Good value

Walkedi n the Peak District in rain and drizzle for over 4hrs kept me dry without any damp inside. Good size pockets but of a giggle stuffing it into the pocket but packs up small.

Günstig, schick und gut verarbeitet :)

Das Grau/Schwarz wirkt edel, die Verarbeitung ist wirklich top, ebenso die verklebten Nähte unter dem Netzfutter - das habe ich bei deutlich teureren Jacken schon wesentlich schlechter gesehen :) Die Größe ist recht locker, ich habe wie gewohnt, L bestellt - die Ärmellänge würde auch zum Sport oder Radfahren reichen, zum Glück gibt es Klettverschlüsse. Wer es modischer mag, bestellt evtl. eine Nummer kleiner. Unter der (angenehm atmungsaktiven) Jacke paßt dann so aber auch noch ein Pulli oder auch Sakko - Prima :) Die große Kapuze läßt sich, ebenfalls mit einem Klettstreifen hinten, gut regulieren - notfalls paßt auch ein Fahrradhelm noch knapp darunter. Fazit: Eine tolle und, in Grau-Schwarz, durchaus edel wirkende Jacke, die durch ihre Windfestigkeit im Frühjahr oder Herbst auch überraschend gut warmhält - gefüttert ist sie aber nicht, eine Fleece-Jacke paßt aber locker darunter. Non ha aerazione sotto le ascelle né cuciture termosaldate

Premetto che mi è appena arrivato e quindi lo devo ancora usare! Acquistato prevalentemente per trekking in montagna, nella descrizione si legge che ha l'aerazione sotto le ascelle, solitamente c'è una cerniera ma, in questo caso non c'è nulla, come da foto evidenziato da postit! Inoltre le cuciture NON sono termosaldate o nastrate il che compromette la sua impermeabilità! Attualmente assegno solo 3 stelle per l'inesattezza della descrizione, ciò non toglie che, dopo averlo utilizzato, non esiterò a migliorare la valutazione! O peggiorare se non soddisferà i requisiti descritti. Reso, veste troppo abbondante, avevo ordinato una XL

Grandios für zwischendurch

Bin oftmals darauf angewiesen schnell und spontan raus zu müssen. Habe mir daher diese Jacke als Backup geholt. Und was soll ich sagen? Seit Monaten blieben sowohl ich wie auch mein Handy etc trocken. Nebenbei gefällt sie mir optisch ebenfalls. Möchte aber ganz klar erwähnen dass sie nicht im Gebirge oder unter Unwetterbedingungen getestet wurde. Da wird Qualität bei dem Preis sicher seine Grenzen finden. Für mich, in der Stadt etc...perfekt. Sollte sie mal kaputt gehen bestell ich direkt eine neue.
