Inexpensive but definitely not cheap

Comfy lined collar, the material for the long strap you attach cuffs to is strong and sturdy. It's just the right thickness and gives the confidence you want in a harness designed to immobilize. At 6'2 I can wear it comfortably. For the price I wouldn't consider anything else.
