Good Sunglasses

I like these bifocal sunglasses. They seem sturdy, they're pretty dark. I have a few pairs of Foster Grant glasses; they seem to be good quality.

Good quality, don't like the reading part

I like the build quality and sturdiness. I don't like the bifocal part - seems like it's 'upside down'. Rather than a horizontal line on the bottom part of the glasses, it's a semi circle/dome shape that is a couple millimeters too big. For example, if you're driving with them on and look at your speedometer, you're looking right at the peak of the arch and it interferes with the view of the speedometer.

Fits large head and durable

I use 2x readers. Putting this into the bifocal box is great for driving (where it enlarges dashboard). Also works well sitting and reading in bright sunlight. But no so good for walking because it so distorts the ground right in front of each step.

Disappointed

The side frames detached. I was able to place the right one back on. No joy in the left. I never had a plastic shades to do this. I can’t recommend.

These are really nice sunglasses.

These are really nice sunglasses! Comfortable and sturdy. I don’t use the readers part often but when I need them they work perfectly. Foster Grant hit a home run with these and I hope they come out with other styles!

They're bifocal!

I thought they were really cool shades. Until I put them on. To my delight, I found that they are bifocal! How sweet is that? You can drive and read your phone at the same time! Before you do that, though, you probably want to see what your loved ones think. They're awesome specs! Perfect for my needs.

I like the fit. However, the lens gets confusing to the eye because of bifocals.

Would buy again

Very thick plastic frame, perfect fit. Snug but comfortable even after many hours of wearing. Only negative was shipping-took almost 3 weeks and packaging was minimal...lucky they didn't arrive broken.

Unnecessary use of bifocals. Ruins visibility. Garbage.

Missing information in description.

I ordered these glasses since it did not say that they weren't full frame 1.25 strength. After I tried them on, imaging my surprise when the bottom half of the lenses are 1.25 strength and the upper half is regular vision. Wish that it would've been listed in the description. I would've saved myself $18.18 and the hassle to return them.

Fairly nice glasses, lasted 2.5 months

For the price, these were pretty decent glasses. Not the clearest lenses, but used under a brim they were okay and the bifocals worked well. I liked the fact that they aren't polarized, so it was easy to read mobile screens, etc. But then they broke after a bit more than two months of intermittent gentle use - taking them off one day and one of the arms just fell off. I don't expect cheapie sunglasses to last forever, but this was disappointing, especially with name-brand glasses. NOT recommended.
