I use this product to paint an 18 inch ceramic Frankenstein the color changing properties of the paint made him look awesome especially his eyes I highly recommend this product

Thick!

I'm sure this formulation wasn't concocted for use in an airbrush. So I thin it generously before using and it looks great.

I was looking for a little more opacity. This is more like a top coat to be used over a richer, deeper color.

Delivery issues

The reason I am giving it a low rating is because it took a long time to be delivered. When I finally got the box delivered, it wasn't that. Instead I got some chalk paint. So I was extremely dissatisfied. The correct item was finally delivered almost two months later! The yellow doesn't look like a yellow at all. It looks like a highly pigmented gold metallic which crafters and artists know are two different colors.

Beautiful

Gorgeous colors. So far I’ve only tested them out on paper and haven’t painted anything with them but I really love how they look. I was worried they’d be too translucent but they’re actually very opaque. Some of them color shift better than the others but they all do it and all of them have a beautiful shimmer. I look forward to painting something with them in the future.

Paints for rock painting

I do like the color effect; however, they are a bit difficult to get coverage on rocks for kindness rocks. I painted a base coat on the rock and then used the color shift paints. I found I had to do several coats rather than just 1. But the end results were very pretty. A bit expensive to let my grandkids use them to paint, so I will keep them for my kindness rocks!

There us nothing to do I dislike about this product. Folk Art is amazing paint. I have used their products for many a yrs and they have never let me down .

Lovely colours

The colours are lovely. I'm using them on a wall mural. The only thing I have to say is that they are not very opaque so be prepared to do several coats.
