32oz classic Stanley bottle cap dent

The stainless steel cap on my 32oz Classic Stanley bottle has a small dent in it. The packaging was secure, thus it must have happened during manufacturing or original packing. How do I get it replaced?

Coffee is ALWAYS hot

Despite the many reviews of others, my coffee is always extremely hot. I fill this with boiling water prior to putting my coffee in (never tried it w/o preheating). I share with a couple co-workers, so it opens several times from lunch until the end of the work day. Again, the coffee is always very hot. Today is what inspired me to write a review. I filled it at 7am and forgot it on the kitchen counter. When I returned this evening, I opened it at 9pm and tried it; the coffee was still hot enough to burn my lips. It will hold 8 cups of coffee. Reaching in through the mouth and holding a standard bottle brush with my finger tips, I can barely reach the bottom to scrub it. While it’s easy to hold and fits my vehicle cup holder, but I’d be willing to trade a slightly larger diameter for a slightly shorter vessel.

Stays cold for 3 days

Wow, just wow! This is my third piece of Stanley and it’s amazing. Stayed in the heat of over 110 for about 12 hours and was filled with ice cubes and water and amazing, it was still cold for almost 3 days. I am switching every piece now to Stanley thanks for the great piece

Bomb proof

I bought this 8 months ago and have used it daily since. It works like a charm. I love it, and found out it can really take a beating. Last night, late, I had it loosely strapped to the back of my motorcycle, and lost it at 60 miles an hour. (The only reason i knew it came lose was that I heard it's metal casing bouncing down the highway.) I couldn't find it in the dark, so I went back this morning. A few scratches but it was fine, and, the coffee from yesterday was still hot. I'm a fan, and I will buy another one in 2070... when this one finally wears out. :)

Best little thermos on the market. This thermos keeps ice for 24 hours. Holds just the right amount for lunch!! And fits in the Stanley full size lunchbox.

It claims to keep liquids hot for 28 hours, but the reality is about 6 hours.

Don't cheap out ,spend the extra few bucks that allows coffee to stay warm for 8hrs at -25c

love this thing. Always bought the knock offs and after a few hours my coffee was cold. I did indoor tests and had coffee stay warm for 26hrs. not hot but warm. I go sledding -20-25c and after 8hrs coffee is still hot. but after 8hrs i have it drank to keep warm.
