This adult diaper absorbency is very limited cannot hold much urine as the urine leaks through to the clothing and to the under pads on the bed. Not value for money.

These are plastic type material

We purchased for a person who cannot walk so we use daily to protect him. These are the worst ones we have tried an I bought 4 boxes which we are using. We had been using CVS or store brand with flexible tabs and not plastic. I will never buy these again.

Not as absorbent as I would like

Ordered these for my dad who is confined to bed. They do not seem as absorbent as some other brands of diapers. The fit is nice. Have added an insert to make more absorbent.

Best brief I've found

Best brief I've found. TIP: I also put a pad insert for the night (TENA OVERNIGHT - HAS A HALF MOON ON THE FRONT.) This product is unisex, but can be found in the Women's section at drug store. They are longer than the normal pads and more absorbent.
