My baby absolutely hates this thing

*** UPDATE - After a little over a month now my daughter absolutely loves this toy. She plays with it everyday. Idk what happened but hey if she's happy that's okay with me! I bought this for my daughter's birthday thinking she would love it.... I have no complaints about this toy overall. It does what it's supposed to and it's cool. But omg my daughter HATES this thing. She freaks out and cries. Even if it's not on or making noise the sight of it gets to her. Idk if I'm the only one here with this issue, but do consider this when purchasing. Also we have cats and dogs so she knows what animals are and looks like

Great fun for little ones!

Bought this for my niece! She loves it! It sings songs to her and she’s already figured out how to make it work on her own. I think it would have been really cool if additional features, like an RC function had been added, as the toy tends to just randomly go everywhere. No real complaints though, I think most kiddos will find it to be really fun.

Ridiculous and cute.

I have a robot vacuum that for whatever reason, terrifies my almost 3 year old. If something donks it and it beeps, she will literally run away into another room. I purchased this in my attempt to alleviate her of her fears. She was distrustful for all of 2 minutes, then heard the ridiculous songs and fell in love. Her favorite? The one that goes, "Meow meow! Meow meow meow meow meow meow!" Etc. My favorite, as the owner of two senior cats, is the line that says, "Even though your hair gets everywhere, you're the best furry friend of mine!" The only thing that could possibly make it better is if it actually could move on its own, or if it was remote controlled. I knew the limitations of this going in, so I'm not disappointed at all! Long story short, while she still doesn't like my robot vacuum, she adores hers.

Best music for a kid toy

I am oddly obsessed with the auto tune songs this cat sings. There really isn’t anything like it. My child put a leash on it and rolls it around the house. I got it for the one year old but the 3 year old has taken it over as her cat. She even slept with this hard plastic cat.

Great Product!

My 9 month old daughter loves this! It promotes crawling as she loves it so much she wants to chase after it. The only downside is that I thought you would press a button and it would move, but you have to pull it backwards to have it move forward. Depending on how far back you pull it, it shoots forward really fast. That’s the only downfall.

Not worth the cost

Not worth the amount paid. Sound is very low. A 9 month old can’t press it well to move. Also it just move a little after pressing. Overall not a good purchase

No Motor! Doesn't Drive Around

I thought this thing would drive around when touched encouraging the baby to catch it, based on the description. Turns out it's like a spring wind up mechanism when you push the head down an inch or two, then it moves forward a few feet and that's it. No motor. It's a pretty lame toy and I felt the marketing material to be deceptive.

Fisher price was and is a favourite go for the toys.. A good product.. helps my baby in crawling... jus press the cat’s head down and it moves helping my baby in crawling.. only 4 starts coz the sound is low.. sound should have been a little more high.. apart from that the product is awesome ????

This is good for the baby with no sharp edges. The price is very competitive online. The build quality is good and looks long-lasting.
