So comfy!

I love these slippers! They are so soft & the cushion is so full that they don't slip off when walking. Got them right before I got covid & was in them for 2 weeks straight. So comfy!

Cozy and warm!

These slippers are like home for you feet! They are like your favorite warm blanket on a clod snowy day . They just wrap your feet in warmth and comfort. And the fit just great! So soft ,so comfortable. Can't ever go wrong with dearfoam.

Very Comfortable & Warm!

I am a slipper lover, I have quite a few pairs, & wear them around the house everyday. I’m a stay at home mother of 4, disabled, & spend most of my time at home. I get more use out of slippers than my actual shoes. I am fan of this brand as they make excellent quality items. The soles are nice & thick so you can go outside if needed. I have 6 dogs so I am in & out several times a day & need a slipper than can accommodate that. I have been out in wet conditions with these with no problems although I do avoid trying to soil the fur. The plush faux fur makes them tight when you first put them on but after an hour they will fit you perfectly. I tend to get warm too easily so this style slipper gets more use from me in winter/on a cool day as I prefer the ones that are open at the toes for warmer days. Others experience may be different as I don’t find that these slippers are overly hot at all-it’s an issue I have with everything & it’s me that gets hot regardless of what I’m wearing. If your looking for a comfortable, cute, sturdy house slipper these are an excellent option! I wear size 8.5 most shoes & went with the size 8 & they fit just as they should. Again, the first time you slip your foot inside they might feel tight but if you give them some time they will mold to your foot & you’ll have a perfect fit!

Wear out very fast…

The first week I wore them the lambs wool was already wearing off of the soles. Not cushioned. Cute, fluffy but not worth the money. So disappointed.

Nice shearling, but no padding, cheap soles, difficult-to-remove labels

These are harder than most Dearfoams. It doesn’t feel like there’s actually any foam between the shearling and the vinyl sole. So these definitely aren’t as cushy and comfy as I’d hoped. An open-toed version of Dearfoams that also has shearling is the New Castle variety, which is cold in the toes, but at least it has some padding under the shearling and is a lot more comfortable. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08QR7JGSV/ Also, since these have vinyl soles rather than rubber, that makes them even less cushy, and though there is tread on the bottom of these, it’s a bit slick, unlike their rubber-soled shoes. The shearling on these feels great, though, once you get the tags out. I’ve tried a number of pairs of Dearfoams lately, so I knew that they run small. I typically wear a 9 in most shoes, so I ordered these in 10. They’re a bit long, but it gave me more width and room in the toebox, which I think tends to run small in Dearfoams. If you’re debating size, order up, especially if you don’t like to feel like your toes are squished in. Like most of their house shoes, these have “ear tags” proclaiming them to be FIRESIDE by DEARFOAMS. And the bottom of the sole is stamped FIRESIDE by DEARFOAMS. So why do they need to put a big, ugly, rough, firmly sewn-in label in the heel proclaiming, yet again, FIRESIDE by DEARFOAMS? I took a seam ripper and got those suckers out of there, but I shouldn’t have had to do that. And you really should remove those labels. You’ll want the shearling against your whole foot. Why pay the premium price for shearling and then leave part of it covered? You’ll also have to rip out the content tags in the arches. Fortunately, those feel like they are designed to be torn out, so once you get a firm grip, they come out reasonably easily. Dearfoams has a lot of fans, but I’m not one of them. I have found most of their slippers so far to be average at best. With a bit of foam in the insole of these, they would have been a lot better. And they really need to knock it off with those stupid, sewn-in labels in the heels.

Firesides by Dearfoams are my favorite slippers! ♥

The media could not be loaded. Fireside by Dearfoams are my favorite slippers! I had purchased a black pair in a different style a few weeks back and have been wearing them every day since. They're so very comfortable and keep my feet (and ankles) toasty warm. So, when I saw the Women's Shelly Beach Shearling Scuff Slippers, well, I just had to have! Right out of the box, I found these slippers to be a wee bit stiff to walk in but it didn't take long for them to begin to break in, and for me to adjust. The soles are a little bit thinner than my other Firesides but equally as comfortable. Now let’s talk about this color! I purchased the Eventide which is very much like a periwinkle blue and is so VERY pretty and feminine without being over the top girly. The fur, 100% Australian sheepskin, is not only on the outside of this slipper but it's all over the inside of the slipper too; the inside of the uppers and on the innersole. It feels very soft and plush on my skin. My feet feel as if they're getting a continuous hug from a furry teddy bear. A few other things that I love about Firesides is that my feet always feel warm and never feel sweaty. And they do hold up well. SIZING HELP: I ordered a size 9. I typically wear a size 8.5 to size 9 shoe. The size 9 fits very well. Love love love LOVE these!
