So pretty and calming...

I typically don't write reviews, but I felt the need this time. I bought these flameless candles to fit in my candle holder, not only do they fit beautifully, but they are so calming. I love the fact that there is timer, so if I get busy, I don't have to worry about if I left the candle burning. I can choose the brightness, and i really like that feature Now, I have to tell you about the customer service. One of my candles was broken, and I was heartbroken about the thought of sending them back. However, I reached out to the vendor and not only did they response quickly, but they send me a replacement. Above and beyond! I would recommend not only the candles but the vendor as well.

I dislike the fact that I didn't receive ALL of remote operated candle sets I ordered. I only received 2 remotes; no candles!

Didn’t work

I needed a replacement for a candle remote and got this one. Seemed quite inexpensive and I see why. Totally did not work. It’s worthless. Too much trouble to pkg up and send back so for price I tossed it out.

From the sound of the other reviews, sounds like this is just a defectice item. Didn't work with my battery operated flameless candles. Looked identical to original remote, but nope, did not work unfortunately.

Remote did not work for me, even though it was identical to the damaged one (that my dog chewed up) being replaced.
