Loose Parts on the Wall

I purchased all of the bathroom accessories of the Delta Porter style. Everything fit tight against the wall, except one side of the toilet paper holder. It was wobbly/wiggly, no matter what I did. I tested the pieces with the ones that fit tight to make sure there wasn't some kind of a manufacturer flaw in this particular piece. I then realized that this was the only piece that I had used the plugs (that they sent) with. So I took the plugs out of the wall and put in toggle bolts, and to my surprise the piece fit on tight! So, if you're having the wobbly issue, you may want to do the same thing, or maybe you could inset the plugs into the wall. I don't know why the manufacturer would send plugs if the pieces don't fig tight when using them?? I love the collection!

Went to home deopt to find this but they dont have, all my bathroom faucets are delta porter series. I want the towel ring also to match. Amazon has every thing what you want. One day it came to my home and its easy install. I have stud finder and I attached it to stud. I did not use the provided screws instead I used dry wall coarse thread screws so they are easy on studs. Only thing I did not like is the set screw in the bottom doesnt go all the way in, it sticks out. So I am dropping one star for that.

Mounting system is terrible. Rips up wall paint

Looks great. Mounts have to be EXACTLY flush and EXACTLY placed or it will have gaps to the wall. If and when you get it good enough to install, it gouges furrows when sliding tabs in wall mounts. Old style set screws were terrible, but at least you could get the mount flush without having to do paint touch up.

Great hooks! Well made and look classy. We opted to do these in our kids bathroom so each child could hang their towel instead of over crowding a single rack. Works great getting the younger kids to hang up their towels!
