Easy to use

First time I've 'had' to use a single handle instead of a hot and cold faucet. It's easy and works well. Delta is always a good product.

Unit failed overnight once installed and flooded my first floor - no help from DELTA

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I realize that, overall, unit failures aren't common, but this one caused flooding in my home overnight the day after professional installation by a licensed plumber. I had to rip out my carpeting and put down waterproof vinyl flooring in multiple rooms ($$$$). I got a quote for the damage caused by the failed cartridge in the DELTA valve and submitted it and other requested/required info for the DELTA claim process. Since I had already returned the item in the original box back to Amazon for the refund (per their official policies), I no longer had the faulty unit in my possession, but we did have the tracking number to where it was returned to the DELTA/AMAZON seller. That was the excuse they needed to deny my claim altogether and no help given to try to find the shipment to fulfill the final piece they needed for my claim. I'm out thousands and will turn to KOHLER and MOEN for all future needs. Customer service is important, folks. Protect yourself and make sure when purchasing anything that controls water in your house that you select a product that is backed by a strong policy.

My plumber installed This faucet in no time

I decided to change my shower faucet and my plumber change me this having all the materials needed like In 1 hours. did have to break some part of the cement but is still in progress changing some tiles. is working and it has a nice pressure. the black is matte and is easy to clean. don't try to clean it with something to hard because you will scratch it. can be use with cold and hot water and is easy to control. when I finish my bathroom will upload some pictures.

Solid quality from Delta!

The first thing to note is that you can only replace a Delta wall plate with another Delta wall plate. The water pipe mechanism inside the wall will only accept the screw pattern of another Delta plate. This kit provides you with everything you'll need to either install this for the first time or replace your existing Delta shower gear. The black finish looks fantastic! What i like: - The black finish is really sleek and looks great - The shower head is large, provides good pressure (once you remove the little washer limiter), and looks to be very easy to clean - The wall valve kit looks to be very durable and easy to install What i dont like: - The black finish came off very easily when i was screwing it into the wall. I was using a rag and double-wrapped the pipe but it still rubbed off a bit

Modern and attractive

This is a faucet trim kit for wall-mounted shower installations. In the kit, you get the showerhead, shower arm, and valve trim. The shower head is round, flat, and 6” in diameter. The shower arm is 5.5” long, while the valve is 6” in diameter with one lever control. The shower head has 4 settings: H2Okinetic, high pressure, regular, and massage, as well as pause. The valve has a pressure monitor to ensure constant temperature and pressure during the shower. The Delta logo appear at the bottom of the valve trim. I like the modern appearance of this shower kit. The faucet trim and lever is quite attractive and easy to manipulate, even with your eyes closed. The shower head provides a good selection of settings, enough so that each bather can suit their preferences. The pressure monitor valve is a super feature to have to prevent burns or sudden ice baths when someone uses water elsewhere in the house. Installation of this kit is quite straightforward. We have had great experiences with the Delta fixtures in our house, and are looking forward to many years of service. Overall, this is a great choice for wall-mounted shower fixture.
