The most difficult ceiling fan I have ever installed!

First of all and most important; it is made in China. It seems Honeywell is just like every company out there. All they are concerned with how much they can charge for a poorly made product, and still get away with it. Second of all the fan is poorly designed. The top canopy is not deep enough to easily tuck away the wires that cannot be pushed up in the electrical box. The mounting bracket is not big enough to accommodate the remote receiver and all of the stiff wires that must be pushed up enough to get the upper canopy seated and secured. The slot in the fitter plate that is designed to insert the screw driver and strew to attach the fan blades is too small. Removing the ten fan blade screws from the motor plate was on step that should not have had to be made. The part of the light kit that is designed to tuck the wires into before attaching the light kit to the fan motor is not deep enough to easily accommodate all of the wires and plugs. The only positive thing I can say is the fan and light fixture look very nice. I like the features the fan has, but I will never buy another Honeywell ceiling fan. Bring your manufacturing branch back to the United States of America and your product quality will show a marked improvement.

Just installed ceiling fan - first impressions

An electrician installed this fan and he had no problems with the installation EXCEPT the batteries for the remote control were old and would not work. Fortunately I had fresh batteries of my own. Otherwise we would not have been able to be sure the fan was working properly. So far, so good with the operation of the fan. The fan is quiet. The light is very bright but the bulbs that came with the fan are dimmable. There are times when I will want the bright light. There are handsomer fans but I wanted easy access to the light bulbs. And the bulbs are the Edison type, which I find good looking.

Looks great quality , 2 complaints

Fan looks good in the bedroom. I had no issues connecting the wires. I have one wall switch that used to turn on/off the old ceiling fan light, and ceiling fan had strings. If you are in a similar situation, you would have one red wire and one black wire in the fan box along with white neutral and ground. You can connect the remote black wire to either the red or black in fan box. In my case the red wire in fan box was controlled by the wall switch, used a tester ti check and black was always hot. So i connected the remote transmitter black to my red, this way wall switch is master, i can turns on/off the fan and light from the wall switch and still use remote. 2 complaints, the 10 motorscrews are pre installed very tightly and they strip easily. Infact i had To send one fan replaced for this reason. Second complaint is the fan blade installation could be easier.

Straightforward install

I love the look of this, and my husband who has only installed light fixtures before was able to successfully install the tan after some work! The remote is very sleek and I appreciate the flat profile.

We love this fan!

There's everything to like about this fan. It's way brighter than our previous one, works quietly, and the remote has a bunch of convenient feathers. We installed the remote next to the light switch so we never lose it.

Not so quiet nor long lasting

I bought this fan in June 2022. I was looking for a very quiet fan as I'm a light sleeper. It worked very well....for 9 months. You can only operate it by remote control, and after 9 months, the motor on the fan stopped working. The light was fine but not the fan. After troubleshooting with the manufacturer, they sent a new fan (which was the wrong color). The new fan's motor is not so quiet; it has a higher pitch to it and is intolerable for me. So back to the drawing board.

Stylish fan runs great

Fan is very nice. The light fixture looks amazing. The fan blades are easily leveled. The fan is challenging to install alone. This takes 2 people
