Backing not what I expected

The emblem itself is awesome. But, the backing/mounting tape isn't the best. It's thick so it holds the emblem off the car some, and it's an open cell kind of foam? So it absorbs moisture and debris collects on the top edge and is hard to displace. It seems to be sticking well so far, but I'm keeping an eye on them because I don't trust the tape.

Dosen't last long

I put these on my truck and they have pretty much lost all color on them. Would only recommend indoor use
