pencil case feels papery?

I used to have a set of Faber Castell pencils for sketching that came with a nylon? pencil case, a pencil sharpener, etc. so thought I would try ordering this set, in case it was the same (about 10 years later). The pencils are great, and I would give them 5 stars as sketching pencils. Very smooth and nice range of values from H's through B's. The zippered pencil case, however, feels flimsy. There is almost a papery feel to the fabric. It's nice that it has a clip to fasten to a bag or lanyard, but I have a feeling it won't last too long. The pencil case is listed as made in China. Not the eraser or pencils, which are made elsewhere. I miss the older pencil cases with the embroidered logos on them. These shipped in a paper mailer, but arrived in good shape. The set has a good little white eraser and a sort of average plastic pencil sharpener (specifically for sharpening this regular size of pencil, not the jumbo-sized Faber Castell drawing pencils you can buy elsewhere). Probably a good buy for beginners or people who want to try this brand and would appreciate a set that can all go in a pencil case and travel with them.

A good starter set for drawing in pencil.

I used it in a Beginner Graphite Drawing Class although I would have preferred a 4H pencil in the set in lieu of the HB.

Good pencils, except for one thing

So they are nice artist pencils. Have a different hardness like they should. I now don't know if they are supposed to come shrinkwrapped, mine did though. So maybe I'm unlucky. But mine came with an extra 4B pencil. They seem to be the same. But I am missing that 6B on the box so that was weird.

The consistent quality and construction of these pencils is exactly what I have come to expect from this brand over the decades I've been using them - Excellent, as are all their products for art and drafting.

These are great inexpensive pencils for beginners like myself. I drew Bucky Barnes pre-hydra, and Captain America/Chris Evans.
