Great quality small size

I just downsized and moved to the city. I gave away 2 full size grills but found I couldn't live without grilling even though I do that at work I still love food cooked over mesquite. No propane for me thanks. When I saw this EVERDURE Hibachi grill it was exactly what I had in mind. I needed a small grill but the thin metal inexpensive ones didn't appeal to me. I love that I can move it easily and it only takes a few minutes to throw some mesquite on and have a great meal without a big fuss then tuck it away with the handy cover. This EVERDURE brand is my new go-to. They take grilling seriously. Heston Blumenthal, my tribe, for sure!

Lodge Sportsman Knockoff

This grill is based off of the Lodge Sportsman design. From a functionality standpoint it's about the same and it was cheaper in price. I haven't used it yet but the construction seems solid and should last a long time if taken care of well. I collect vintage cast iron and eventhough it's not a prized piece, it's put together well and should perform just the same. A couple of things I like that differ from the original (which are actually pros). Two bail handles for transport instead of one. Also, if you notice the grill has a "lip" which prevents food from rolling off when turning or if the grill is on an uneven surface.

great product for the money!

I haven't had a chance to use this hibachi yet, but I am confident the grilled food will be perfect. The cost is a great deal. Don't miss out out this gem.

It's a good and sturdy grill.

Editted: got the new one. Very satisfied. I love this grill. Good size and sturdy. 5 stars It was delivered with a huge Crack. I requested a replacement.. I have to wait till may to recieve it.. BUT To be honest, it looks nice and sturdy. I really like it. I guess it was damaged while it was being delivered

I’m in love!

Talk about a neat little grill! This thing is cool. Very heavy duty, being that it’s cast iron. You’re not going to take it backpacking but perfect for camping or just backyard cooking. If you take care of this it should last for many many years perhaps even decades. If you are familiar with cast iron it is exactly like your trusty skillet. I am a huge fan of cast iron and this grill is an awesome addition to my collection. I have every intention of using it and enjoying its functionality once weather permits. This grill is small. You aren’t going to cook for a large gathering but a couple people could easily be fed. It’s a great little grill! The cover is nice. I personally would not store it outdoors just because of the nature of cast iron and it being prone to rusting. It doesn’t come with any instructions. Assembly is pretty straightforward but I did have to pull it up again on Amazon to make sure I assembled it correctly. I guess that would be the only negative thing I have to say about it. The little damper is not attached. It just rests on a lip and is removable. Overall I love this grill! And although it is spendy I personally think, considering it is cast iron, that it is a great price. Just a skillet or Dutch oven will run you $60-$80. I would definitely consider ordering this again. It would make a great gift too. A really conversation piece!
