High Quality Gate

This gate is sturdy and looks great. It little challenging to install but overall extremely happy with this gate. Using it for a pet gate. Pet destroyed 2 other gates but this one has held up great and looks nice in the house. Worth the money.

Cute little gate. Not as big as they make it seem.

Cute gate. Had an issue with delivery, Amazon said it was delivered but never received it. The company was awesome and resent me another one. The gate has two attachment side pieces to make the gate larger. However, one of the pieces was missing to hold the gate together. As this was to add a side extender, I didn't need the piece anyway. Also a little part of the door was missing stain in a couple places as shown in the picture. But over all, I would purchase this gate again. Definitely adds class to the house and not just a plain gate.

Aesthetically pleasing, but has its flaws.

I wanted something that actually looked nice, but also functioned well. Based on reviews, I figured these would fit the bill. We purchased two of them, and mostly I like them, but the main frustrating thing about them is that they don’t stay open when you need them to. And they swing shut HARD (my kids have both been hurt from the gate swinging shut so hard). This makes things a lot trickier when you’re trying to move stuff back & forth through the doorway, or just want it open for easy access when blocking a room isn’t needed. I made some modifications to it so the locking mechanism can remain unlocked, and also purchased some bungee cords to hold it open, but that’s taken away from the aesthetic of it. Additionally, the “wood” on it is soft, and dents very easily. We’ve had them 3-4 months now & it looks like we’ve had them a heck of a lot longer than that due to wear & tear. We’ll be swapping back to the metal gates soon for better functionality.

Looks good but doesn’t hold up well

This gate is at the top of our stairs, I bought it because it looked much sturdier than the basic white gates. However it doesn’t seem to be holding up as well as I thought it would. This gate is in a relatively low traffic area so when I noticed it’s literally coming apart at the seams I have to say I am disappointed. I have not been able to fix this and I am hesitant to buy another. If you plan on installing this in a high traffic area it may not be the best choice

So high end looking for formal office!

Installed at the office to keep our staff volunteer in (office dog), wanted something that looked really high end and sturdy at the same time. This gate is awesome have gotten so many compliments on it I’m going to buy one for my house as well to replace the ugly white ones I currently have.

I bought this gate and the first one was bent. I contacted the company and they sent me out a new one right away. It’s sturdy and in my opinion perfect.

Very flimsy at max extension and poor quality!

The media could not be loaded. If your opening is large enough to require the extensions this gate is extracted flimsy! Our opening is 42in therefore the gate is at the max making it even more flimsy. Also the wood pieces are very poorly put together, I can see right through the where the wood comes together and it is not fully stained. I could see this functioning well for a much smaller opening but I don’t think the quality is even worth spending money on. Giving 2 stars is being generous. Very very disappointed.

Best baby gate ever made!

Works like a charm! Super easy to install - very very sturdy and looks great! Don’t buy anything else! Honestly I’d write a bad review if it wasn’t good, etc. Trust me - worth every penny! Best baby gate I’ve ever seen or had! Amazon needs to get this back in stock so my Mom can get one for her house!

Well constructed. Matches wood grain decor. Closes automatically when gate has momentum. latches easily when closing manually. Open style need to get use to as you need to pull back on leaver and lift gate.
