Not as pictured

The color I ordered is Black Pearl. The Amazon photos looked more like a dark gray and a response to one of the questions led me to order the black pearl color instead of the charcoal gray (response from manufacturer said black pearl was supposed to be darker than charcoal panels). However, the color I received was a much lighter gray (see photos). I was originally going to use in our living room but the color didn't work so I put it in the guest room. The material is very stiff and I found it hard to steam. There was also a chemical smell to it, which is still lingering after 4 days from being installed. I decided to keep this anyway as the price was good and still looked nice.

Good quality

These panels were nicer than I expected. I ordered one set new, and an identical 'returned' set for even less. Both arrived in excellent condition. The return pair was folded and sealed - it just didn't have the original packaging. The wrinkles came out easily with a warm iron (do not iron the foam backing side) and hang beautifully. I agree with other reviewers - they do look like more expensive draperies. I did have to hem these. I ordered the 95" because my previous panels (purchased from a big box store) that were sold as 85" were actually about 75", so to be on the safe side I ordered the longer set. The Exclusive Home panels are listed at their actual finished size, just fyi!

Nice style but too much like vinyl tablecloth

These actually look like a really pretty subtle pattern but they look too much like the plactic/vinyl tablecloths my mother used to put on our picnic table. They'l definitely do the job of darkening a room and probably help insulate. They actually look pretty nice, they just are not nice enough quality for my master bedroom - I prefer something that looks like material not vinyl

Small defects.

Happy with the overall look and feel but quality control isn't perfect. I recently found a small spot where debris was caught between the fabric and the latex uv coating. Just used a washcloth with soap and water and the latex peel off very easily to the size of a dime. The debris is gone but now the sun pierces through that spot making the defect very noticeable. If the company offered a replacement I would change my review to 5 stars which I originally intended.

Value for the money

Close match in appearance to a pair on another window same room purchased yeats ago. Folded for shipment so since I didn’t press them the folds show. Hoping they will fall out. They are not sheer which is good for me.

Plain, but does let a modest amount of light in!

Great at letting a modest amount of lift through. I originally purchased for my white/gray/silver living room, but these were much too plain for my taste. I relocated them to my daughter’s room where they are much better served, paired with a semi-sheet curtain in the middle to break it up a bit and so there is the perfect amount of light coming in!
