Company sent wrong size now won’t get one in time

The jacket it’s self was nice but I’m highly upset the company sent me the wrong size without saying they were out of it would I like another or anything highly upset

The velcro sleeves

I loved the jacket except the velcro cuffs. The velcro that is sewed to the cuff base scratched/rubbed against my hand/wrist. Very uncomfortable. I tried twice and both times the jacket was that way. Change the cuff and I will definitely buy this coat.
