just received the inner cushion, not the black zippered cover as in the photo

The cover to this cushion is difficult to get onto. I could not slide my bottom across it. I am handicapped amd jave to slide across it to get in -- it was very difficult! and after less than a week the cushion is flattened and I have pain in my hip from it!
