Alright, I read over the reviews before purchasing and I knew these were sturdy. I did not expect them to be as strong as they ended up being. Definitely worth buying and I'll return when I need more.

Good curved safety pins

These are usually very high quality. You get no less than 40 pins in every container. I keep m pins in a bigger reusable bowl because I keep them open (makes basting a quilt a bit more easier and faster). In this purchase, of the 3 containers I purchased, only 1 had a defective pin, however I got 43 pins vs 40 so bonus for me, however, I did notice when I went to use them, that several of the pins were a bit dull which is very disappointing so I had to reduce my review from 5 stars to 4.

Starting over with quilt safety pins

I'm giving the pins a second chance. I gave my old ones away because I had a hard time opening them (arthritis). But I got a handy tool to pop them open, so I won't have to baste anymore!
