Cold to touch

Our daughter has been wearing this brand for the past 4 yrs. They fitted her slender body very nicely and were comfortable. Now that she has filled out and her body has taken shape, they do not fit as before. The color and stretch in the fabric is very nice, but the fabric is cold to the touch and unappealing to wear in colder weather.
