I would love the clock but it’s junk to me . This was my second one like this poor Quality

Well time will set every time you set it run for about 10 or 15 minutes then it slow down have wrong time I reset it over a 100 times the hands or looose want keep time.I

Sturdy & Looks Great but..

As many of the other reviews have stated, the mechanical portion of the clock is flawed. However the size of the hands were designed vs the small mechanical box did not do their homework because the clock cannot maintain the time. I will have to buy a kit with different size hands and a new box to replace the existing ones.

Tic Toc Discontinue This Clock

The media could not be loaded. I bought this beautiful clock, even tho I had a big nice wall clock piece from my other home. This clock would go great with my new floors in my newly built home for the flex room & unfortunately, it works for 15 to 20 minutes then time is wrong. The hands were scraping one another where there is a metal raised piece behind the hands. It already scraped some of the black paint off the hour hand. I called the 800 # that’s listed to contact the manufacturer only to get the run around to call this & that number, smh. The Ashley company tells me it’s Amazon problem to warranty it. I noticed the mechanical box still ticks, but it was hard to turn the dial hand, when it got to the #3. So not sure where the problem is at, but I think it’s the hands rubbing at some point. Maybe need smaller replacement hands. I’m going to return it. I did see something similar but 5 inches smaller in diameter and height. Too much money for all these bad reviews. They could have at least inserted replacement hands & box knowing that’s the problem.

Great for decoration

Cannot set the correct time at all. Looks nice, but quality of the hand dials really disappointing compared to the quality of the rest.

Does NOT Keep Time

I should have kept searching after reading the first review. Its a great looking clock but the hour hand is completely loose. For a moment it was going back in time. This item needs to be discontinued to prevent future customers experiencing the same problem.
