Temp varies with volume changes

Excellent except the temperature changes as I adjust the volume pressure. I wanted to use the smaller lever to get the temperature to my liking and then use the larger lever to save water when lathering. Unfortunately, it runs hotter at high pressure and colder at low pressure. Otherwise, the device arrived in good condition, was installed by the plumber, looks beautiful and feels solid.

Poorly designed product! Don't buy it!

After trying for 3 years to get the valve to quit leaking and get enough hot water to make the shower tolerable I'm giving up. Have 3 of these in our master shower and have replaced the seals twice but they continue to drip and run all day long. If you need help you'll be stuck for 20 minutes on their help line. The other problem is over time the cartridge goes bad and you can't get any thing but a trickle of hot water through the valve. Even when it was new you can't get the temperature limiting setting to get enough hot water to get the output temperature above about 100 degrees. This is with the hot water tank set all the way up to 140 degrees and cold water that is 68 degrees. No way to get around this as the design is all about making sure they don't get a liablity lawsuit for and idiot scalding themselves. For the price this valve should last more than 3 years and the seals not need replacing every 12 months. TERRIBLE PRODUCT!

be aware it gets water spots in stainless

only major disappointment is that even though i got high volume valve, the water pressure is not as good as the control this replaced

I'm a 35 year retired plumber. This is the best valve I have ever found.

I love that the volume is the temperature controls are separate.
