Deltas mix and match system is the best

I’m a licensed general contractor who has been using this delta mix and match multichoice system for years. It’s simple. Good quality and lots of flexibility. Wanna change colors down the line? Just get a new cover plate, no need to change anything inside the wall. Also, don’t be afraid of the used ones. There’s a lot of returns because buyers don’t understand which parts they need, so you can really save by getting the “used” offers

Great product. Convoluted Directions

Love the design and the multi function. Install was a bit convoluted, could be simplified and/or include better pictures/descriptions. Several points it was difficult to tell which side was supposed to be inside or outside (facing the wall or facing the shower) and even after muddling through the install, I will need to take it apart because the hot is cold and cold is hot. I really don’t want to mess with it, so for now we are “dealing with the opposite “ hot/cold.

A bit pricey for it’s oddities

The temp gauge is a bit hard to turn on it’s own. I have to hold the on/off knob in place in order to move the temp knob. The top knob that controls water direction is a bit confusing because it only has 3 line settings, but “clicks into place” in 6 different turns. Overall though, good quality and worked with what I had

Great, well-designed, well-built product

When a product works exactly how it should, looks elegant, and appears to be well-made, there's not much to dislike. I wasn't sure why I even needed the flexibility of having six functions, but I am glad that I chose this. In my configuration, the top position on the function dial is wall-shower. If you think of it as pointing towards the points on a star of david, it may help. To the lower right (two clicks clock-wise), are the body sprays. To the lower left (two clicks counter-clockwise) is the raincan shower. The points in between (other three positions) combine the two adjacent functions (e.g., one click clockwise gives wall-shower PLUS body spray, three clicks gives body spray PLUS raincan). There's not a bad setting in the bunch and this control makes accessing all of them very easy. And it looks great.

satin finish

I did not install it. The plumber didn't complain, so I guess it was okay. It looks good with the other satin finish items in my bathroom. The small knobs are a bit hard to turn. I bought lever style because I made my bathrooms H.C. accessible.

Looks great and works well, but pressure lever is wobbly

The diverter function works perfectly and the temperature mixer feels solid. The pressure ring, though, upon inital installation was snug but after a few weeks it jiggles and wobbles; there's no set screw or anything to hold it so there's no way to easily fix it that I can see. It still functions very well, but at this price point, in my opinion the fit should be as tight as the finish.

Nice faucet/controls, Awful valve installation instructions

I really like the way this faucet looks in our bathroom, and it works fine. I only give it 4 stars because the plumber (experienced and capable) had a very difficult time figuring out how to connect it with the valve that had to be purchased with it. He stated that the directions showing how to connect the valve with multiple set ups of faucet/controls were very unclear.

6 Way Valve

So far so good! I bought this since I have three shower heads and this is a six way valve so I can use One or two or all three at the same time. If you have one shower head save your money and by a one valve. This one works perfectly for me! Yay!
