Nice to have one handle control... I only want the sprayer on for certain tasks...I keep forgetting which control turns the sprayer on and off

Manufacturing problem

I ordered one 3 months ago and it was making noise when closing the tab. I returned it and got another one and recently this one also is making noise when closing. I think there is a problem with inside materials that rub against each other and make the noise. The faucet works but the noise is bothering some and I don't know how long this would last. This model has problems with internal moving materials.

Excellent Chrome low-profile Faucet

Great to find a faucet that is not 16 inches tall! I appreciate the sculptural appearance of this chrome faucet and the low-profile. It has only been installed for one week, but I do NOT find it difficult to shut off or find it difficult to dock the sprayer in place after using it. The sprayer end part is metal on plastic, but this keeps it light-weight. Will post an update if anything changes with use.

Fine tuning not an option

The product looked nice and was fully operational AFTER we called and got a few replacement parts for the handle - which necessitated a second visit (-and minimum charge of $75 -) from the plumber. We used this faucet for six months, before replacing it with a Kohler, dual handle model. The single lever, side mount handle was no easier for us to use than its predecessor, a top mount single lever by Kraus. Both models were very difficult for us to adjust to a fine, low volume stream. Just as frustrating was the fact that the position for warm water was very difficult to find and impossible to maintain. Perhaps it's because we are not so young anymore, but the new dual handle Kohler is working much, much better for our needs.

Looks and ease of use

The looks are great. Easy to install. Feels a little cheap. The spray head does not fit easily back in place. Sometimes taking 2 hands to do so. I do like that it swivels completely around. I also did not like the handle on the right, but this style allowes you to face it in any direction you like. That is a plus.

Nice faucet, but....

Not really fond of how the spray end is held in the faucet. It is plastic and just kind of shoves in there with a rubber o-ring. The spray hose is long and uses a weight to hold it in place, so you cannot have any obstructions touching the spray hose under the sink. Plus, the hook-up hoses are pretty long and you have to loop them around under the sink to hook them up as there is no way to shorten them. This is kind of a pain if you do not have a ton of room under the sink or as in my case, have a pretty deep sink. It is a nice faucet, but I would not purchase it again.

Could have been better, but it works.

The package was missing the two nuts that hold the 3 hole adapter to the sink. I found this out after already removing the existing faucet. It did not make much of a difference installing the faucet as they can be installed afterward. The faucet works well except for adjusting for water temperature. With the handle to the side it is not easy to get the temperature right on the first try. Besides that, it seems that as the water is running it gets hotter, probably due to some kind of thermal expansion in the hot water valving. I'll just have to get used to it. I like how it looks and it's easy to use the sprayer head.

Beautiful fixture

Solid product. It is a bit difficult to control temperature. My previous faucet was this same model, but this version is much better. Therefore, it is clear that consistency between specific faucets is low, but I am enjoying that this current faucet as the noticeably better product.
