These things look awesome. Easy to install (I followed the instructions) almost fool proof. A little disappointed on one thing, I bought 2 of them, one came with the easy to adjust scald proof adjustment, that one worked fine. However, the other did not come as the same style, I had to take the entire adjustment out of the second one to even get hot water out of it. Wanted to send it back but didn't want to wait. They both work great otherwise and again look terrific. Am going to have to put a touch of silicone behind the flange on the shower arm on one though, it is too loose to stay straight/square on the wall, custom work I guess.

Good, even with wrong parts.

Looks great. We used the ARA collection for the entire bathroom addition. Had a problem with the trim sleeve that covers the valve, The wrong sleeve was packaged with the trim. Contacted Delta, who took over a week to respond, and they are shipping out a replacement part. Please note, this does NOT come with the valve body. We usedDelta R10000-UNBXHF Multichoice Universal Shower Only Valve Body for out application

Wow--best shower head I've ever owned. The contractor who renovated our bathroom recommended Delta and the Delta rough-in. I tried the faucet with and without the flow-restrictor. I opted to remove it. The product provides the perfect amount of pressure and coverage. The design is clean and elegant.

looks good.... BUT..... the coller of the faucet is always slipping out of place an the metal coat has corroded already in just a year!

The screwless bracket requires entirely too much force to install

Even without it mounted to the wall, it is incredibly difficult gettingthe locktabs into place. They just dont fit smooth. Why would we required to put that much force on our valves? It doesnt make sense. Hearing my valve pop is making me extremely scared to turn my water back on
