CRUISE LINE IS ON TO THIS TRICK

The bottle seals were bought to be sneaky and pass off a bottle of liquor as wine. I accomplished the task of removing the cork with a plastic bag and pouring out the cheap wine to only refill the bottle with good rum, recork and seal with the shrink wrap seals. All went well but I suggest using very hot water to shrink instead of the blow dryer. When we got to the port along with several other friends who did the same thing, we were instructed to move over to the inspection table and with one tip of the bottle the sommelier knew exactly what we had done, she confiscated the bottles from me and as the day went by my other friends were telling the same story of tip and confiscate. Luckily, we bought the drink package, and this did not affect us but sure did dampen the excitement of trying to get away with it like so many others have done in the past, including our friends with us. So if you just want to seal a bottle of wine you have bottled yourself these are perfect.

Great for cruise ship hacks…

I bought these to reseal a screw cap wine bottle with Malibu for a cruise. Worked like a charm! When you use a blow dryer to seal it, try to get the heat as high as you can to get rid of any wrinkles.

Perfect for sneaking liquor to cruise ships

I infused pure vodka with pineapple flavor mix and put it in a white wine bottle. No one even cared.

Looks like all the ones on wine bottles in stores! Put it on, blow dry all around & it shrinks to the bottle wonderfully!
