Can’t get dimming feature to work

Great lamp! The first one we received had a part backwards so it would not assemble. I returned it and they sent a new one within a couple of days. There’s a cut out spot for the cord to go through so the base doesn’t wobble on it. One of the reasons I purchased the lamp was for the dimming feature. I have not been able to figure out how to get that to work even with lightbulbs that are supposed to allow for dimming. Other than that I really like the lamp.

Better than I hoped! Perfect height...it is adjustable.. easy to assemble...very sturdy! I would recommend this product.

Leans to one side — not worth the money!

This lamp is super wobbly and it always leans to one side, and no matter what I try, it’s impossible to tighten the base enough to make this lamp stand up straight. Definitely not worth the money.

Lamp is the light of my life

I promised myself I'd write a review and post photos since there aren't any reviews. It's a floor lamp. Look at the photos. When I turn the knob it turns on/ off. The little arm thing can be used to lower or raise the lamp about a foot. It was packaged well too.

The handle was pre assembled upside down

The lamp and shade were beautiful and packaged well but the handle on the one I received moved up and straight not down and straight. Also I could not figure out how to work the dimming feature. I called the company and no return call. Amazon said they would give me a 20% discount or return it. There was too much trouble to return it so I received a $14 credit ... the handle really bothers me but it was the best solution.
