Four stars for poor packaging

I gave this fountain to a friend as a gift, and she loves it. When it arrived the plastic hose that connects to the pump had been kinked too tight in the packaging; causing holes in the tube. I had to go to the hardware store and buy a new tube for it. My friend has it set up and running at her front door and has been working great. It does have a definite fountain sound. I like the tub bottom, as the way the fountain works and the size of the tub would allow for water lillies or some other decorative plant to float in the tub bottom. Very nice for the price.

Very peaceful sounding!!

Bought this as a gift. You have to put it together, few screws nothing hard. Luckily I checked the item before wrapping it up. The fountain came with 2 left sides. Contacted Amazon and they sent out a new item immediately and gave me a shipping label to send the first one back. I decided to wait until I got the replacement before sending back the first one. Glad I did because it came with 2 right sides. HaHa. Anyways filled it up and powered it up before wrapping. It is really cute and it sounds so relaxing. I almost didn't want to give it as a gift. I think it would also be really cute with a water lily floating around in the water and maybe a little gold fish.

Better than what I expected.

This fountain arrived earlier than stated, packaged with plenty of bubble wrap and was undamaged when I received it. Assembly took about 5 minutes and works perfectly. The sound of the cascading water can be heard inside my home and that's from the front porch, I love it. Definitely recommend this fountain.

Buy your own hardware

I love this water feature, but I did arrive without the needed hardware, (nuts and bolts) had to go buy our own, and no instructions. But it’s very nice. Also customer support phone number doesn’t work, you need a code which I didn’t have

Absolute garbage

DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE. Not properly sealed, the pump was broken, and it's leaking in several places.

Came with two of the same sides so was unable to put it together. Return was hassle free though.

Was easy to assemble and very relaxing listening to the water on my patio and adds a great look to.
