Great customer service!

I have installed 6 of these "pop-up/down" drains in the past two years. (DIY). About 8 months after my last installation, I noticed that the drain cap would stick and not always "pop up" on one of the 6 drains. So I wrote to Danze and asked to buy for a replacement cap and pop-up fitting. And they delivered it to me for free. Great service. No questions asked. I will definitely frequent them again. And I really like the pop-up feature. Those levers and handles and valves always get stuck on the convention drains or come loose and misaligned. These one-stop stems install well. I cut the old handle stem off that was used to push or pull the typical drain plug, and kept the top fancy part in the hole of the faucet for looks.

Nice with issues

Seems to be a quality product. Good solid metal construction. It's narrower than most other products on this site, which didn't fit into our old sink. ----- Update: Sorry, have to revise. The rim edge is quite thick on this stopper. As a consequence it's hard to have a smooth transition to the sink and crud starts building up around it.

I had previously installed a cheap popup drain that never had a good flow/was repeatedly getting clogged with hair/and rusted through in less than 2 years. What a great improvement this drain has been. Quality manufacturing shows through. Very pleased.

This assembly worked fine for about 8 years

This assembly worked fine for about 8 years, though it was seldom actuated. The brushed nickle finish wore & turned green after about 5 years. I used Comet and Kaboom cleaners in this bathroom. Today the O-ring that makes the seal on the pop-up cracked & fell apart. Danze does not sell this $0.25 cent replacement part. Instead you have to buy the entire $30 assembly. No standard industrial o-ring fits.

Great fit for Elanti sink.

installed easily in my very small Elanti sink in our half bath. it looks really nice and the plumber had no complaints either.
