Difficult to install

Really bad design for installation. To get a flush mount the fixture relies on spring clips on the backside of the fixture that are forced into a retainer plate that you mount onto the junction box. But the spring constant of the spring clips is way too high and it is extremely difficult to get enough force to push the clips into the retainer plate when you are pushing upwards against the ceiling while standing on a ladder. Given how light the fixture is these clips could have been made a lot softer so that pushing the fixture onto the ceiling would be easier while the clips themselves would still have plenty of strength to keep the fixture attached to the ceiling. Not recommended (unless you can military press 200+ pounds while balanced on a ladder).
