Who ships in a ziploc bag?

The corset is decent quality for the price, but they shipped it tow in a ziploc bag. It was open when it arrived and, being as it was in a clear plastic bag, it was on full display for my neighbors and mailman. Luckily it wasn’t raining when I got it but the corset smells mildewy from humidity getting into the bag Going to try and hand wash it to ge the smell out. But seriously, why would you ever ship in a ziploc.
