It does the job

I use this in my Koi pond to keep the residue and mock off the bottom. It breaks it down to the point where my filters can take it out.

Really cleans up the water

I have a very small pond read that as water feature. While it is cleaned at the beginning of Spring I tend to have algae problems. This product cleared the water up in 3 days. Much better than anything else I’ve tried over the years.

Easy to use, clears water quickley

Easy to use. No problems

Poor packing!

The product is good and I've used it before with good result. The problem was packaging. Lucky to receive the bottle in its packing. When it arrived, it had busted open most of the packing tape and flatened the packing bubbles inside. The cardboard was also too flimsy for the weight of the 1-gallon bottle. Liquids should be packed in boxes that exactly fit the container without the need to use packing bubbles.

Helps with green water

Each spring and summer I battle green water in my garden pond. I have adequate filtration and aeration but still would get murky green water. I’ve started using barley extract once a week and pond bacteria once a week. The water is now crystal clear. The green on some rocks and the water fall have even lessened. Good stuff!

Does what it says it does

Kind of pricey, but it works

It seems expensive, but it does work to clarify the pond. It needs to be mixed well and I now use a battery powered sprayer to spread it throughout the pond. It takes a week or more and suddenly you notice the difference in clarity.
