Burly & Awesome! Will not disappoint!

First time working with wood, not having a bunch of tools but needed to get a sink hole cutout smoothed out in a 2" thick vanity top. This was heaven-sent and purchased based on other reviews. Gnawed through my Maple nicely without getting jammed up with material. I also purchased a Nicholson handle to go with it. Definitely keep this in your arsenal!

Nice little rasp

Nice little rasp for smaller work. It is only 8" long and about 3/4" wide so don't expect big tool. But it is great for smaller projects and fits great into my Nicholson handle. It is had Nicholson stamp and it is made in Brazil.

Quality! Get what you pay for

What you would expect from a top tier company! This thing just melts through wood, what a great rasp. I profiled a handle for an old bait knife (just for fun) and it came out great (pic above).

Kind of small

It’s a little on the small size so pay attention to that, but otherwise it’s great

Poor quality or a knockoff

I’m not sure if Nicholson files are going downhill or what. This is the 2nd Nicholson product I’ve bought on amazon that is junk. The machining is terrible. The rasps aren’t even centered on the bar. Possibly cheap knockoffs
