Great for my Jewelry box! Absorbs moisture. Keeps it from tarnishing.

I put sticks of this all over in my jewelry boxes. It helps keep it from tarnishing because they absorb the moisture in the air. Most people don’t realize that not only does silver or copper oxidize, so does other metal metals and they can get corroded and you cannot polish most of it. Some people said that other brands arrived broken I had one box out of 10 that wasn’t sealed up well, but that didn’t matter to me. The pieces were not broken. Crayola has always made the best products. These are definitely not messy!

Dustless means that it is harder and less transfers at a time

This is a good value, don't get me wrong. The "dustless" nature of the chalk means that less of it comes off when you run it along the object you are marking. I found I was going back and forth over the bricks I was marking, and, at one point, I pushed hard-enough that I snapped the chalk. Just be aware that it is a relatively-hard chalk and so you'll need to push harder or make multiple passes to get it to show.

Great, General Chalk but Still Leaves Dust

I was hoping the miracle of “no dust” chalk but ALL chalk leaves dust including this chalk. So yes, it does leave LESS dust, but definitely not dustless! I suggest using chalkboard PENS if you want a truly DUSTLESS option.

Not the best crayons but are ok

Not totally dustless and a few pieces broke easily as soon as i took out of the packet. The writing doesn't come out as clear and bold as i'd like but does the job ok.

SMOOTH GLIDING CHALK

I NEEDED CHALK FOR MY KITCHEN BLACKBOARD. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT BUT IT TOOK A VERY LONG TIME TO GET IT DELIVERED. SMOOTH GLIDE OVER THE BOARD.
