Easy to install

The media could not be loaded. The email of the customer service they listed has nothing to do with this machine. I emailed them about missing part and they gave me another email who never responded to my email. I had to return the first product and get a replacement but I managed to install it without the other 3 parts on the manual which were not included. Installing was super easy I am not a handyman and this was my first time so just reading and following instructions helped. I didn’t test the quality of the filtered water so I hope these filters are doing a good job. You don’t necessarily need the half an inch adapter I didn’t in my case. I am giving it 4 starts because their customer service was a waste of time , unprofessional and not helpful at all.

So far so good! Easy to install and I no longer have a water cooler taking up space in the kitchen.

Good luck replacing the filters

We purchased this system over a year ago and everything worked great. But it’s now time to replace the filters and I can’t find them anywhere. The filters in the system doesn’t even have a part number on them. Go to the manufacturer website and they don’t even have this product on there site. But it’s still for sale on Amazon. So now we are forced to buy a different filter system. Just because there is no filter to buy for this system.

Good Product

The media could not be loaded. Parts: Came with full set of parts as its description and did not miss anything. Installation: According to the video and user manual, the most difficult thing should be drilling holes. But fortunately my sink has another reserved hole to install the faucet. I removed all the all the sundries from under the sink to get space for installation, so it took only half an hour to install it. Quite an easy job! Filters: It has 3 filters, seems easy to replace – just lift the handle, pull out the used filters and pull in the new filters, but I’m not going to try now. Hope to see the replacement filters on shelves soon. Appearance: It looks really simple but it is not very slim. I have enough space for it, and actually it took much less space than those with a water tank. You will not see any filters unless you remove the cover of the machine. Also easy to clean the surface if you want, because it’s flat. Performance: As required by the manual, turn on the tap and wait for 10 to 20mins until it finishes flushing itself before first use. I pulled out the drain water pipe to check this, and also took a video. In general, the product looks great and works well. The purified water tastes as good as bottled water. I have to say, it's worth every penny.

Great product!

Normally I buy bottle water from Costco. Then my friend recommended me to buy a water purifier, and they suggested this one when it was on promotion. I was attracted by the features and design, as well as the price. So I purchased this one. It has very clear installation guidance. And the water tasted as good as bottle water. I really enjoyed this purchase!

Great water filter ????

The media could not be loaded. I LOVED . Water taste is good. Easy installation do his job. I don't used the faucet they comes with water filter I use mine owner 3 way faucet because I don't want compromise my countertop quartz .works great. But only thing I don't find replacement filters if someone one can help me with that gratefully.

This unit worked fine . However, when it was time to replace the filters I was informed by MIDEA (the folks who make this thing) that no replacement filters are available period. Very frustrating - just throwing money away!!!! Again - DO NOT BUY IT!!!!
