Outstanding value and quality

I have several pairs of these for snowboarding and I love them. Soft, warm, comfortable and don't get soggy even when I'm really working the trees or deep powder. I would say size wise they are right where they should be. I'm a 34" waist with very large legs and the medium is form fitting and close to the skin but not uncomfortably so and I like a close fitting base layer.

These are warm!

These are a must have to wear to work in the cold. This wool blend feels much better as a base layer than those spandex based base layers that the other companies have. I have used these for years and have kept them for a couple of seasons without too much wear and tear 7

Great warmth and value

Great warmth and value. On par with top names at a fraction of the price. I could buy multiple of these for what P is charging for their capilene and this performs almost the same IMO. I own both. I do find the Grid style that others offer to be a little warmer while stationary. That said, if i am going to be idle I am always packing an outer insulating layer like heavy wool or a down jacket so it doesn't really matter to me.

These are huge!

I am pretty overweight and have a 40 inch waist. I bought an extra large and could've honestly probably bought a medium. I bought these to wear underneath jeans but due to size its impractical. They are comfortable and warm though. Will probably use them as lounge pants.

Just as good as 32 degrees brand if not better. Materials made in US, assembled in Mexico. It looks like quality has improved alot over the past few years. Excellent stitching and they fixed the problem with cuffs being too tight. Highly recommend this product, especially when its on sale for 10 bucks. My first set of coldpruf baselayers are 3 years old and still going strong.

Great for moderate cold

Fit as expected, good quality. So far, coldest it's been is Low 20°'s, no issue wearing these while working.

Keeps you warm and does what it's supposed to.

Sledding with my daughter, shoveling the drive, playing in the snow, I have to admit these are holding up quite nicely! Keeping me super warm. I was wearing these with a pair of sweatpants over them to shovel in 7 degree weather and was perfectly warm. I like them a lot!

Not "Performance"

Warm. Good value for a layer of 30% Merino wool. Pay attention to the reviewers saying they run big. I have a 32" waist and my thighs are probably 24" at their widest, and the mediums are loose on me. Maybe I would rate these higher if they fit more like a true baselayer, but I found they did not wick and breathe as well as other performance baselayers I've used. About 30 minutes into a run at -10C, they were getting a bit damp and so my legs were getting a little cold. Might be better suited for lower-output activities.

Great product !

Great product. Size wise, the chart is dead on in my case (M). I'm just a bit shy of 5'8' and I usually wear 33 waist pants. I thought that the regular fit would be kinda loose on me but it ain't. It's perfect and very comfortable. Legs are long enough and covers my ankles as they should. Bought this along with the long sleeve t-shirt and it's a great match. Would buy this product again without hesitation.
