Love this!

This pair is my 2nd Cobb Hill sandals. I love the look and the fit! The leather is stiffer than the first pair I bought but I think it will soften in time

Not Red

The shoes are fine and comfortable. However they are NOT red. I was expecting a fire engine red or close and they are more like terracotta. The other ongoing problem is that the sling back isn’t long enough on this style (I have other colors ) so the velcro fastener doesn’t reach far enough. Annoying to have to take each pair to a shoe repairer, who has noted that the length is lacking by professional shoemaking standards. I hope they fix it since it’s a comfy shoe. Wish they had navy and grey. (And real deep red!) Wish they would cut the leather lower on the top some to elongate the appearance of the leg/foot. Very high up on the top of the foot.

Too tight!

The sandals are well-made and good looking. The heel height was perfect. However, they were squeezing my toe box and scraping the top of my toe. I wish they had put elastic near the toes to provide flexibility. Had to send them back-

too big

I need a wide in most shoes. These were way too big. The footbed did not seem like it was going to be as comfortable as I expected from this brand.

Where's the quality gone?

My closet is filled with shoes from Cobb Hill, but I've noticed a decline in quality since they were bought by Rockport. It started out with little things ... hook and loop closures replaced the buckle. The leather on these shoes is stiff and feels cheap. I'm in the market for another name brand of shoe that brings me back to the good ol days when New Balance owned Cobb Hill!

Not really a red.

These aren't what I would call red, but they fit well and are cute, so I will keep them. I do wish they were more red. They are more rust than red.

FITS A NARROW FOOT

These shoes are very comfortable. I have a very narrow ankle and foot, but was able to adjust the strap to make it work. I would recommend these shoes.
