It works however

Can I make a suggestion that you switch the velco so that the loop side faces out and the hook side in. Or opposite of how it currently. As is any clothing worn over the belt gets stuck to it. Otherwise love the product!

Very comfortable

I wear a 40R sport coat with a 39 inch chest and a size L belt has plenty of overlap left. The belt is supportive and comfortable.

It is to big and the velcro do not apply to the average of people,an the material is to hard and the patient feel is not very soft,but for an emergency situation is ok.
